Land sailing, what's that? Well, the vehicle looks a bit like a sailboat, but the sail in this case is not attached to a boat, but to a cart on three wheels. So with your sailing car you're not roaming the sea, but the beach! At 30 km/h you race across the sand. Now that's a kick! Does that appeal to you? Do you agree that land sailing looks incredibly adventurous and fun? Can you see yourself gliding across the sand? Then I have good news for you! On the website of Ikwatersport you will find a list of trial lessons and initiations, so you can try out the sport.

Did you know that sailing carriages were already being used in China 1.500 years ago? And did you know that a land yacht literally goes faster than the wind? If the wind is racing at 50 km/h, a sailing chariot can go up to 130 km/h. No wonder wearing a helmet is mandatory!
